Dr. Sam Pelligra - Electrodiagnostic  - The Hand Center of Greensboro

Sam Pelligra, M.D.

Dr. Sam Pelligra is one of the group’s newer physicians, but he is not new to the Greensboro area.  Prior to beginning his practice with the Hand Center, Dr. Pelligra was the founding Medical Director of the Moses Cone Health System Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R). 

He received his medical degree from Albany (NY) Medical College.  He served his residency at the Medical College of Virginia, Richmond, VA, where he was Chief Resident.  Dr. Pelligra is a Clinical Associate Professor at UNC-Chapel Hill, and a Past President of the NC Society of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. 

Dr. Pelligra provides electrodiagnostic testing and non-surgical evaluation and treatment.
